Independent Brand: RealDIYstore is an independent brand and is not related to or affiliated with any other brand. We specialize in selling DIY Tools, JIgs and organization products.
Product Details: 🧩 Our products are 3D-printed or non-3D-printed products. 3D-printed products are made using high-quality PLA (normal or matte black) Glossy Black PETG, offering simple, elegant, and reliable solutions.
Material Limitations: ⚠️ PLA cannot withstand temperatures above 50°C and is not suitable for heavy mechanical stress. Use it wisely for long-lasting results. ⚠️ PETG is stronger than PLA. However it cannot withstand temperatures above 55°C and is suitable for moderate mechanical stress. Use it wisely for long-lasting results.
Custom Fit: 🔧 RealDIYstore specializes in organization accessories, mainly compatible with IKEA SKÅDIS boards, in addition to other organization tools and products. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before placing an order.
Customer Measurements: 📏 Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when required. RealDIYstore is not responsible for wrong sizes provided by the customer for 3D-printed products
Colour & Finish: ✨ Minor surface lines or texture differences are normal in 3D printing and are not defects. It is part of its unique character.
Payment Method: 💳 All orders are processed via secure payment links only. Orders are confirmed once payment is complete.
Order Review & Modification Window: 🕒 Once the order is received, customers will have 24 hours to request any changes; For 3D-Printed products: after printing starts, no changes or refunds are possible due to the custom nature of 3D-printed products. For non 3D-Printed products changes are still possible.
Order Confirmation: 🛠 Production starts after the review & modification window (24 hours) has ended. You’ll receive your estimated delivery time once approved.
Returns & Exchanges: 🔙 For 3D-printed products: Since items are custom-printed, returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or errors from our side. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For non 3D-Printed products returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after purchasing as long as the product is in its original state.
Product Care: 🌞 Keep products away from direct sunlight, high heat, and strong impacts to extend lifespan.
